Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Return eligibility is subject to supplier approval.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or customized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before processing or dispatch
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible

Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Return Shipping

Exchanges
